Forever Young Home Care provides non-medical in-home care across Orange County, California. This website describes those services and gives families a way to reach us. Care itself is arranged separately, as described below.

Who this website is for

This website is intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you contact us on behalf of a parent, spouse, or another family member, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

This website is information, not care

Everything here describes services in general terms. It is not medical advice, nursing advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional about a particular person.

Nothing on this website creates a care relationship. Care begins only after a consultation, an agreed care plan, and a signed service agreement. That agreement and that care plan govern the care a client receives. This website does not.

Not an emergency service

Forever Young Home Care does not provide emergency response. If someone may be in immediate danger or is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Non-medical services only

Forever Young provides non-medical home care. We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, wound care, medication administration, diagnosis, or treatment. Where a need falls outside our scope we will say so.

No guarantee of service, schedule, or price

We try to keep this website accurate and current. Service descriptions, availability, staffing, scheduling, and cost can change, and they can change without notice.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of a particular service, caregiver, schedule, outcome, or price. Those are confirmed with you directly.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• use it to harass, threaten, defame, or harm anyone;
• try to gain unauthorized access to it, to the servers behind it, or to any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or otherwise interfere with how it runs;
• submit false information, or impersonate someone else, through our forms;
• use it or its contents for an unlawful purpose, or for a commercial purpose, without our written permission.

What belongs to us

The text, photographs, graphics, design, and code of this website belong to Forever Young Home Care or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Forever Young Home Care name and logo are our marks.

You are welcome to view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copying, republishing, distributing, or making derivative works from this website needs our written permission first.

What you send us

Please do not include diagnoses, medications, Social Security numbers, insurance details, or other sensitive medical or financial information in the website form. Private care information is gathered through a proper intake process instead.

When you do send us something through this website, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle what you send as described in our privacy policy.

How we contact you

If you send us a form, we use the phone number and email address you give us to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation.

The form has an optional box you can check to agree to receive text messages from us about your consultation, scheduling, and care. It is unchecked unless you check it, and checking it is never a condition of receiving care. If you leave it unchecked we will call you instead. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us in any other reasonable way, and you can reply HELP for help.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell or rent your contact details. If that ever changes, we will ask you to opt in to that separately.

Links to other websites

Where we link to another organization, such as a government benefits page or a community resource, we do so for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Young Home Care, and its owners, employees, and agents, from any claim, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe something on this website infringes your copyright, write to us at angelique@foreveryounghomecare.com with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act: identification of the work, where the material sits on this website, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them. We will review it and respond as the law requires.

Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute relating to this website or to these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the updated terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole of the agreement between you and Forever Young Home Care about your use of this website.
