How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, your relationship to the person needing care, your city or ZIP code, the type of support you are considering, your preferred timing, and anything you write in the message box.

We do not ask for and do not want diagnoses, medication lists, insurance details, Social Security numbers, or financial information through this website. The form says so, and we mean it. Private care details are gathered later through an appropriate intake process.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, understand what your family needs, discuss whether our services fit, and arrange a consultation.

If you apply for a caregiver role, to contact you about that application.

Who else can see it

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form submissions pass through and are stored by that provider before reaching us. They can technically access what is stored on their systems.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only with people inside Forever Young who need it to respond to you, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Once information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. There is no JavaScript on the site that follows you around.

If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email angelique@foreveryounghomecare.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We will honor those where they apply.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging care. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
