The same faces, wherever possible
Continuity is not an administrative detail. A caregiver who already knows the morning routine, the sore knee, and which stories get retold is providing better care than a stranger with the same skills.
FOREVERYOUNGHome CarePEOPLE MAKE CARE PERSONAL
Skill matters. Dependability matters. But families also remember how a caregiver made their loved one feel.

THOUGHTFUL MATCHING
Matching considers the care plan, schedule, experience, communication style, interests, personality, and client preferences.
No matching process can guarantee immediate chemistry, so families are encouraged to communicate honestly. If something does not feel right, we want to know.
Matching is a judgment rather than a formula. We weigh who a person is as carefully as what the schedule requires.
If a match is not working, saying so early is much better than enduring it. Changing caregivers is a normal part of the process, not a complaint.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Forever Young provides orientation, clear expectations, communication channels, and ongoing guidance appropriate to the services being delivered.
BEFORE ANYONE COMES TO YOUR DOOR
“Thoroughly screened” is easy to write and means nothing. Here is what it actually means at Forever Young, in plain terms:
Live Scan is California’s fingerprint-based background check. It runs prints against Department of Justice and FBI records, and it is not a database search someone can pass by having a common name. Our licence number is published in the footer of every page on this site so you can look it up rather than take our word for it.
WHAT FAMILIES CAN EXPECT
Continuity is not an administrative detail. A caregiver who already knows the morning routine, the sore knee, and which stories get retold is providing better care than a stranger with the same skills.
You should not be piecing together how the week went from what you can get out of a phone call. What gets reported, and to whom, is agreed in the care plan.
If the fit is not right, telling us is not a complaint and it will not cause offense. It is ordinary, and it is far better than a family quietly putting up with it.
